1. Acceptance

By downloading, registering for or using IndoConnect, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.

2. IndoConnect Platform

IndoConnect is a global community platform connecting Indians living around the world.

  • Promotions
  • Campaigns
  • Bid2Win
  • Care Connect
  • Helping Hands
  • Play & Win
  • Indo Jobs
  • Message Board / Community Buzz
  • Indo Talent
  • IndoCoins and Rewards

Features may be added, modified, suspended or discontinued from time to time.

3. User Account

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain account security
  • Protect your login credentials
  • Keep your information updated
  • Use only your own account

You must not impersonate another person or create fraudulent accounts.

4. Community Conduct

Users must interact respectfully.

You must not use IndoConnect to:

  • Harass or threaten others
  • Publish unlawful content
  • Promote discrimination or hate
  • Spam users
  • Mislead users
  • Impersonate others
  • Conduct fraud
  • Distribute malicious content
  • Violate another person's rights

5. User Content

You remain responsible for content you publish.

By submitting content to IndoConnect, you grant IndoConnect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the platform.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to publish the content.

6. Indo Communities

Community information, events, offers and updates may be provided by community administrators.

IndoConnect does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of third-party community information.

7. Indo Events

Event organisers are responsible for their events, including:

  • Event information
  • Venue
  • Schedule
  • Ticket availability
  • Pricing
  • Cancellation
  • Refunds
  • Event delivery

IndoConnect may facilitate discovery, booking or registration but is not necessarily the event organiser.

8. Indo Biz & Promotions

Businesses are responsible for:

  • Products
  • Services
  • Prices
  • Promotions
  • Availability
  • Claims
  • Business information

IndoConnect does not guarantee the quality or performance of third-party businesses.

9. Campaigns

Campaign organisers are responsible for campaign information, participation requirements and outcomes.

IndoConnect may facilitate campaign discovery, registration and engagement.

10. Bid2Win & Auctions

Users participating in auctions must:

  • Submit genuine bids
  • Follow auction rules
  • Avoid manipulation
  • Avoid fraudulent activity
  • Complete winning transactions where applicable

IndoConnect may suspend or cancel suspicious bids or accounts.

The relevant seller remains responsible for the offered product or service.

11. Care Connect

Care Connect helps members connect with support providers.

IndoConnect does not guarantee the qualifications, suitability, availability or performance of individual supporters unless expressly stated.

Care Connect is not an emergency service.

For emergencies, contact the appropriate emergency service available in your location.

12. Helping Hands

Helping Hands facilitates donations, assistance requests and volunteer activities.

IndoConnect may coordinate donors, recipients and volunteers but does not guarantee the condition, value or suitability of donated items.

13. Indo Jobs

IndoJobs allows businesses to post opportunities and members to apply.

IndoConnect does not guarantee:

  • Employment
  • Hiring
  • Salary
  • Applicant suitability
  • Employer suitability
  • Job availability

Employment arrangements are between the relevant parties.

14. Indo Talent

Indo Talent allows members to showcase skills, experience and capabilities.

IndoConnect does not guarantee employment, contracts, income, collaborations, or business opportunities resulting from talent profiles.

Users should independently verify qualifications and information.

15. Message Board / Community Buzz

Users may post community information, recommendations, requests and updates.

Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their posts.

IndoConnect may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

16. Play & Win

Play & Win may include:

  • Scratch & Win
  • Spin the Wheel
  • Swipe Quiz
  • Trivia Quest

Rewards may include IndoCoins, vouchers, promotions, gift coupons or other eligible rewards.

Game rules and rewards may vary.

17. IndoCoins

IndoCoins are platform rewards.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • IndoCoins are not cash.
  • IndoCoins are not cryptocurrency.
  • IndoCoins are not legal tender.
  • IndoCoins are not transferable outside permitted platform functionality.

IndoConnect may correct or cancel IndoCoins awarded incorrectly because of technical errors, fraud or misuse.

18. Rewards

Rewards and promotions may have specific:

  • Eligibility requirements
  • Expiry dates
  • Redemption limits
  • Business conditions
  • Geographic restrictions

Users should review the applicable terms before redemption.

19. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Hack or disrupt IndoConnect
  • Access another user's account
  • Manipulate IndoCoins
  • Manipulate games or auctions
  • Create fraudulent accounts
  • Scrape user information
  • Spam users
  • Upload malware
  • Circumvent security
  • Conduct unlawful activities
  • Infringe intellectual property

20. Intellectual Property

IndoConnect's name, logo, software, designs, graphics and platform technology are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify or commercially exploit IndoConnect materials without permission.

21. Third-Party Services

IndoConnect may contain links or services provided by third parties.

IndoConnect is not responsible for third-party products, services, websites or content.

22. Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, security incidents, network failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

23. Account Suspension & Termination

IndoConnect may suspend or terminate accounts where users:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Commit fraud
  • Misuse the platform
  • Abuse rewards
  • Harm other users
  • Create security risks
  • Violate applicable law

24. Disclaimer

IndoConnect is primarily a platform that facilitates connections between users, communities, businesses, organisers, employers, supporters and other participants.

Unless expressly stated, IndoConnect does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, quality or performance of third-party content, products or services.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IndoConnect will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from:

  • Use of the platform
  • Third-party services
  • User interactions
  • Employment arrangements
  • Business transactions
  • Events
  • Auctions
  • Rewards
  • User-generated content

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Your use of IndoConnect is also governed by the IndoConnect Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections applicable to the user.
